Are we going to see 1st Social Media TANGA Party?

KARACHI: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) issued a two-page social media code of conduct at a press conference in Karachi on Friday, outlining rules for party supporters with an online presence and warned of disciplinary action against the violators.





The code of conduct bars PTI supporters from using foul language and from disrespecting other online users. “PTI values the right of expression for every person but hopes conflicts and disagreements are amicably sorted out with dignity and courtesy,” read the code of conduct.
The party also urged its online supporters to respect the media personnel and “present counter arguments with dignity, respect and courtesy taking strong care not to abuse or attack media personnel in any way whatsoever”.


The supporters were also advised to use their real identities on the social media and refrain from using fake accounts.
The party has formed an “Abuse Monitoring Cell” where the complaints of the offenders can be forwarded to. The complaint, with a link to the abuser/abusive content and/or a screenshot, can be sent to abuse.control@insaf.pk, after which the abuse control team will conduct preliminary investigation within three days.
Aside from outright hacking, PTI supporters or impersonators have been known to carry out mass online attacks on journalists and media groups, particularly using spamming of Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and email inboxes as a means to register their protest against critiques of the party or its chairman Imran Khan.


The party has often issued statements distancing itself from unruly online supporters, including the “Insaf Cyber Team”.
Last year in January, Imran had also advised his supporters to reply “intellectually” to criticism thrown towards the party by analysts.

Saray baicharay nooron kay supporter aur katiloon kay supporter ikathay ho ker hushi mana rahay hain. Banda poochay code of conduct ka tanga party say kya taluk?? Laikin 25 seat coaster kay supporter ko dusroon ka pari hay apni coaster ko sambhalo bhai jiss main her anay wala hukmaran baith ker 5 saal mazay laitaa hay.
