ISLAMABAD: Challenging President Asif Ali Zardari's assertion that there was no proof that the arrested Mumbai attacker hailed from Pakistan's Punjab province, former premier Nawaz Sharif has said that the suspect's village was cordoned off and his parents were not allowed to meet anyone. "I have checked myself. His (Ajmal Amir Iman alias Ajmal Kasab) house and village has been cordoned off by the security agencies. His parents are not allowed to meet anybody. I don't undertand why it has been done," Shraif, who hails from Punjab, said in an interview to Geo News channel.


Pak should help India in every way in terror probe: Sharif

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan should help India in every possible way to probe the Mumbai terror attacks and the two countries should jointly combat the menace of terrorism in the region, former premier Nawaz Sharif said today. "Pakistan should seriously engage India. We should invite them and we should go to India to take a look at the evidence. We should do whatever is possible to help India and combat terrorism jointly," he said. Pakistan should fully cooperate with India so that an incident like the Mumbai attacks will not occur in both countries in future, he told a TV channel, adding the blame game between the countries is not conducive for good relations between them.


The rest is upto you guys to decide and show who is right and who is wrong.
