Throughout the so called jihad Qazi Sahib never set foot in Afghanistan. It was only after the Russian withdrawal that he went to Khost area where commander Bakht Zameen and his aide Fayyaz welcomed him by firing Klashnikovs. Fareed Piracha has admitted on TV that he was declared medically unfit for the war.(I didn't know you needed a medical check up before going to Jihad, which wasn't given to any of the youths going there). None of the leadership of JI ever went to Jihad themselves, only Maulana Jan Muhammad Abbasi (the then ameer of JI Sind) had his son die at Khost, that too not in armed conflict and after the soviet withdrawal.

I see here that many liberal fascist are outraged at their beloved socialism's defeat in Afghanistan by JI and other Mujahideen. So, they became orphans for a while until they had a new father, the US. Now they are again afraid of losing their present father in Afghanistan because they will be on streets once more.
