well i don't believe only in words. bcz words sound very hollow without proper actions. i do agree thats actions speak louder then the words. love without actions is not love. it could be lust or something like this. but words are also required with the actions and the good combination of both things grow soft loving expression.

mera khayal hai muhabbat kai izhaar kai liyai lafz kafi hotai hain magar agar wo wakiyai hakeekat par mabni hoo magar har jazbai ko denai dilanai sai takwiyat milti hai. kisi ki har subha ek khoobsurat paighaam sai sawarna ya har shaam hath pakar kar kehna mujhai tum par aetebar hai! kabhi yunhi bilawajha koi tohfa dei deina ya bethai bethai apnai humsafar kai sath jhoomnai lagna. har din ko akhri din ki tarha manana aor har guzarte lamhe ko dil kai frame mein saja kar rakhna keh bilawajha sab kuch khoobsurat lagnai lagai aor app har wakt khush raho!

According to me, the most romantic way of showing love to ur beloved or proposing her is as follows:
Arrange a candle-light dinner with low romantic music in the background... give her a rose by standing on ur knees, when she accepts, u can have a slow romantic dance holding her and then have a celebration drink and candle light dinner.
