Somebody is lying somewhere because the CNG association representative said that they received a notification, which means a written document. On the other hand it was said that the price was increased following Shah Mehmood's press conference and no written intimation was mentioned. Anyhow the govt owes an apology and should channel the overcharged amount in Edhi's Langar for the hungry and poor.
On a lighter note Mushtaq Minhas looks like UNCLE SARGAM so Nusrat Javed has to be HAIGA as he cannot be ROOLA
