I think this program is one of the best topics to make a program on. Why?

Because what you see happening inside Pakistan today, that is directly related to the absence of "justice" or "justice system".

If justice system would have been working and if people would have been getting justice, none of this BS would have been happening inside Pakistan today.

We need to go to the root cause. The root cause of problems in Pakistan is its people.

To date, most of the people who have been given responsibility to run state affairs have been those can be called rogue at best. They have not shown themselves to be credible people. They have shown themselves to be looters and plunderers etc etc

If you see the daily life of a Pakistani citizen, you'll see that this is exactly what he/she is busy in i.e., looting and plundering .. all day .. every day.

Untill we don't give responsibility of running state affairs to good people. Those people who have credibility of being good, of being sincere with people of Pakistan, of being loyal to Islam, to Pakistan, to Pakistani people, this drama of "worsening situation" will continue.

We in Pakistan need to be "honest". We have to adhere to our principles, our own laws.

Justice will bring peace and prosperity to our society.

We know from history of mankind, that -> Justice system is the base of ANY society.

Even if you look at America, you'll notice that it is prosperous today, because it has a justice system, although not a perfect justice system, but still it works to the level, where they don't spare any criminal, untill that criminal has been given his due punishment. This is for Americans only, apparently not for others though.

somebody said here hamid meer is not sticking to the current issue. One thing is that this issue is related to the justice system in the country no doubt. Had it been not the injustice to smaller provinces and the ignored ireas, we would not have been in this situation. Moreover I think Hamid mir is intelligent enough not to talk a lot about the operation issue because obviously he has a different view point. We all know whats going on in the media with all those who are opposing military operations. Rather than being criticised by all and sundry he has decided to be quiet on this issue for the time being at least, in the national interest. He will talk again when the dust settles and the realities crop up. Its my assessment. The people are confused and dont know the truth. Even within a family there is difference of opinion about all this issue. However the general perception is that the public in majority is in favour of operation. I dont know what it will be like after say 4 weeks, may be 4 months or so.
I am no one to say much about the current issues, even the likes of Talat and Haroon rashid are in favour of operation. At the same time Ansar abbasi and hamid mir are against it. So if the people kike them are not yaksoo, how can the general public be who depend a lot on the media and their leaders. The leaders who are yaksoo on it are from ppp and mqm, who have support everybody knows ( iam talking about general support all over in pakistan, its not to hurt those who voted them, but the fact is their leadership does not have that level of credibilty or acceptance in the public eye). PML N has become kugghi, quiet and not talking openly at all about anything, Sharifs in favour and saad and nisar against. The common man will follow the media or the leaders, both of which are divided and not fully committed. PML N will take the lines that media will take and the general public will accept. Its too brave of IK to take an unpopular stand with such a strong campaign agaisnt him in the media. The time will tell who was right. I wish the operation winds up with success and the IDPs go home.
The US attacked Iraq fro WMD,s and did such a devastation and whole world was with the operation. In the end world turned against them. They attacked afghanistan and the world was with them, again later all turned against.
Anyway Hamid mir is doing right to be away from the current issue and come up later when the things get clear.God bless Pakistan.

I wonder why this Lawyer's movement & these moronic ex-judges, ex-law minister never utter a word when Fazlullah openly issues a statement against our judiciary... why didn't Iftikhar Chaudhary takes suo-moto notice of these things... and prosecute them...
And to all people who say "supreme court ko waqt dena hai"... its due to this toooo long waqt in disposing off cases, that people of swat demanded their own justice system.. its due to this corruption in lower courts that no one has no respect for judiciary.. its due to this idiotic judges like Iftikhar C, Dogar who takes oaths under PCOs to save their jobs our judiciary is in utter disarray.
