چاروں صوبوں میں دھماکے۔۔۔ کیا موٹر سائیکل اور موبائل سروس پر پابندی ہی حل ہے۔۔؟َ؟

مذہبی اسکالر اور معروف ٹی وی میزبان ڈاکٹر عامر لیاقت حسین نے اے آر وائے نیوز کے پروگرام میں براہ راست محرم الحرام میں جاری حالیہ دہشت گردی کے واقعات کے حوالے سے اپنے خیالات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ۔۔۔۔


مسئلہ کا حل تو یہ نہیں ہے کہ آپ موبائل، سموں اور موٹر سائیکل پر پابندی لگادیں۔ جب علم میں ہے کہ وافر مقدار میں اسلحہ موجود ہے اور تین دن میں بڑی دہشت گردی کا واقعہ ہوسکتا ہے۔ اگر کوئی سورش بپا کرنا چاہتا ہے، پاکستان کے استحکام پر بری نگاہ ڈالنا چاہتا ہے، تو حکومت کو معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ یہ کون لوگ ہیں، حل اس طرح نہیں ہوتا کہ عوام کے باہر نکلنے پر پابندی لگادیں۔ آپ کو معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ کون لوگ کررہے ہیں۔ یہ کہنے سے حل نہیں ہوگا کہ موٹر سائیکل پر پابندی لگادی تو دہشت گردی رک گئی۔ حکومت اگر کسی سیاسی مجبوری کی وجہ سے ان پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈال رہے تو یہ حکومت کی کمزوری ہے۔

شیعہ سنی فساد کا خدشہ نہیں ہے، علمی سطح پر اختلاف موجود ہے، اور باعث رحمت ہے، یہ اختلاف رہنا بھی چاہیے۔ مگر یہ سازش نہیں ہے، ہم کوئی بچے نہیں ہیں، ہم کیوں اغیار اور دشمنوں کی سازش کا شکار ہوجاتے ہیں۔ حالانکہ ہم جانتے ہیں کہ یہ اغیار کی سازش ہے مگر آلہ کار تو ہم بن رہے ہیں، نوجوان کیوں خود کش حملوں میں ملوث ہوجاتے ہیں۔ میں کیسے مان لوں کہ یہ لوگ مسلمان نہیں ہیں۔
کیا حضرت عثمان ، حضرت امام عالی مقام کا پانی بند کرنے والے مسلمان نہیں تھے، مسلمان ایسا کر سکتے ہیں اور ماضی میں ایسے کام ہوئے ہیں۔ رسول پاک صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی حدیث ہے ایک وقت آئے گا کہ تم تعداد میں کثیر ہو گے مگر وہن کی بیماری کا شکار ہوجاءو گے۔ اور وہن یہ ہے کہ دنیا سے محبت اور آخرت سےنفرت۔

ملی یکجہتی کونسل جیسے ادارے ہیں، قاضی حسین احمد، منور حسن اور دیگر اکابرین ہیں، یہ میرے بھی اکابرین ہیں۔ میں سب کا احترام کرتا ہوں، سب کو ساتھ لیکر چلنا چاہیے۔ ایک مائنڈ سیٹ ہے۔ مگر یزیدی فکر بھی تو موجود ہے، جو اختلاف پیدا کرنے والی فکر ہے۔ جو کہ خوارجی فکر ہے۔ ہمیں اس سوچ سے بچنا ہوگا۔میں نے خود اسلام آباد میں علمائے کرام کے اتحاد کا مظاہرہ دیکھا ہے۔ ان کی نیت پر کہیں شبہ نہیں ہے۔ مگر ایک یزیدی فکر ہے جسے کوئی پروان چڑھا رہا ہے، کوئی دانہ ڈال رہا ہے۔ اس مخصوص ذہنیت سے بچنا ہوگا۔

جو سازشی عناصر اور باطل قوتیں کارفرما ہیں ان سازشوں کے پیچھے، اس کا کھل کے اظہار بھی کرنا چاہیے۔ جس طرح ملالہ کے مسئلے پر تمام مکاتب فکر نے ناجائز قرار دیا۔ ہمیں اسی طرح سب کو ساتھ چلنا چاہئے، ہم آواز ہوکر۔ اسی طرح سے عافیہ، باجوڑ، بچوں پر حملے، لال مسجد پر بھی ایک ہوجانا چاہئے تھا۔

یہ سب مغربی مفاد ہے جس کی وجہ سے کوئی نہیں بولا، جہاں مغربی پذیرائی ملے، امداد ملے، دیگر مراعات پوشیدہ ہیں۔ سب کچھ زباں بندی کے لیے کافی ہے۔ ہمیں ان سب سے بالاتر ہوکر ہم آواز ہونا چاہئے۔

میں آپ کی تجویز میں شامل ہوں۔ سب مکاتب فکر کو اتفاق سے ملکر بیٹھنا چاہیے۔ اپنے نظریات کی ترویج و اشاعت کا احیا کریں مگر جہاں متفق ہونا ہو وہاں سب کو ملکر ہم آواز ہونا چاہئے۔ جس طرح ملالہ کے مسئلے پر تحریک طالبان پاکستان ذمہ داری قبول کرتے ہیں تو اس کے خلاف سب کو متحد ہوکر ہم آواز ہونا چاہئے۔

میں علمی طور پر اختلاف کرتا ہوں کہ یہ سب کچھ ڈرون اٹیک کا رد عمل ہے۔ مگر اس کا حل یہی ہے کہ قبائلی علاقوں میں جو زیادتیاں ہوئی ہیں، وہ برباد ہو گئے ہیں، ان کے زخموں پر مرہم رکھنا ہوگا، مذاکرات، گفتگو ہوگی، کرمنل اور شرفاء کو الگ کرنا ہوگا۔ یہ حملے کرنے والے غنڈے اور بدمعاش دہشت گرد ہیں، انہوں نے صرف شیلٹر لیا ہے جہادیوں کا، طالبان کا۔ جہاد ہمارے دین کاجز ہے، مگر بدمعاشوں اور جہادیوں کو الگ کرنا ہوگا۔ ایک تو وہ ہیں جو اغیار کی سازشوں سے بدمعاش بنے، مگر ایک وہ ہیں جو غلیظ لٹریچر کے ذریعے غلاظت بھری بات کرتے ہیں، اس کا نوٹس لینا چاہیے۔ قانون کی عملداری قائم کرنی چاہیے۔ ان میں سے بدمعاشوں غندوں اور دہشت گردوں کو الگ کریں ۔ مذاکرات گفتگو کے راستے کبھی بند نہیں ہوتے نہ ہونے چاہئیں، یہی حل ہے۔

محرم الحرام کے اگلے تین دن میں امن کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ رحمان ملک صاحب یہ فالتو پابندیاں لگانا بیکار ہیں، اسکول بند، موبائل بند، اسپتال بند، بائک بند ۔۔۔ اب اس کا حل یہ ہے کہ رحمان ملک پر ہی پابندی لگا دی جائے۔ میں نہیں سمجھتا کہ ہم حکومت کے ایسے بچگانہ اقدام کے علاوہ کوئی توقع رکھیں۔
امام عالی مقام کا قول ہے کہ علم ہی جہالت کی آگ کو بجھا سکتا ہے۔ علماء کا اہم کردار ہے، علماآگے آئیں، فرقہ ورانہ ہم آہنگی برقرار رکھیں۔

Bomb Blasts in all four provinces, is suspension of mobile phone services and ban on motor cycles is the solution?
Famous religious scholar Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain expressed his views live in the program of ARY News; regarding the recent wave of terrorism incidents in this month of muharrum-ul-haraam have said that:
Imposing a restriction and ban on mobile phone Sims and motor-cycles is not really the solution, when it is clear that an immense amount of weapons and explosive material is present in the city and any terrorism incident can happen in these three days, if someone is trying to create conspiracies and willing to destroy the economics of the country, then the government should be aware of it and make some drastic steps to resolve this specific problem rather than imposing restriction on the citizens not to come out of their homes, so that the terrorism acts won’t happen, if the government is petrified of these powers cause of any reason that is why the government is not dealing with them strictly, then it is the weakness of our government,
There is no turmoil in between Sunni and shia community, only the difference between school of thoughts exist, but such kind of difference in opinion ought to be there because it is healthy, it not at all a controversy. Why we all get victimize in the hands of fiends and their conspiracies? Infect we knew that it is the planning of our enemies, strangers but still we get involved in it somehow, why the youngsters agreed to do suicidal bombing? How can I agree that they are not Muslims?
Aren’t hazrat usman was not a Muslim, who set on a ban on the usage of water for Aali Maqaam Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) Muslims can do all these sort of things, in past there are such kind of incidents of Muslims turmoil created actions, there is a hadith of Hazrat Muhammed (SAW) there a time will come in future, when you all will be great in numbers but you all will be victim of misdeeds and misconceptions, and that is the affection of the world and hatred of the day of judgment related to our eternity.
This is such councils as united nation council, and there is scholars as Qazi Hussain Ahmed and Munnawar Hassan and others, they are also my respected personages as well, we should be with them in their presence, there is a mind set, a yazeedi set of mind which is the thought of creating turmoil and difference, which is a khuaarji thought, we ought to be careful of this sort of mentality. I have seen the protest of united ulema in Islamabad, I have no doubts on them, but yet there is a yazeedi set of thoughts among the to which someone is fostering and feeding, so we should be careful of it.
There are so many fatal and computational forces working, so we should get united among these kind of forces, like all the scholars and clerics condemn the attack on malala, like that we should also raise our voices on the issues of afia, Lal masjid, Bajor turmoil and attack on the students of madaris etc.
Aim agreed with your opinion that all the school of thoughts, creeds should get united on these issues which our country is facing, like the Taliban united accept that they had attacked on malala, so now we all should get united for the sake of our nation and country.
I don’t agree that this is the result of Drone attack in tribal areas, but also it should get resolved now because the tribal people are all petrified and they get spoiled because of these kind of attacks which are done by the terrorists, who have taken the shelter of Taliban, Jihad’s just to protect themselves, we should divulged their real characters.
These problems can be resolved by Discussions, meetings and we should create a line between the terrorists and the innocent people, we should take some serious steps against these problems so that we can get rid of this embroilment.
As far as the restrictions and bans on mobile services, motor cycles, and holidays in schools and educational institutions are concerned, these are the childish verdicts of our government, I think despite of these restrictions Mr. Rehman Malik should be banned.

There is a quote of Imam Aali Maqaam that only Education can vanish the fire of illiteracy, so all the clerics should take a step ahead and kept the religious, educational united approach among them but create an awareness among the people .
