| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan sorry if my accusations against ur husband has hurt you mrs. zaid hamid.......Just look up the 65 war on the net and u will get a 100 links which tell a completely different story.....also his story about the secession of bangladesh makes it appear like it was entirely the result of a conspiracy of india and awami league.........he doesnt mention that awami league had won an outright majority in the election and mujib ur rehman should have been the prime minister of both east and west pakistan. But the president of pakistan had refused to acknowledge that.....the same story has been repeated numerous times in a lot of other talk shows by different intellectuals and military generals...... this guy is a certified schizo and so r friggin jerks like u like u who support them....already guys like him and u have brought this country to the condition it is in right now..... |

| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan A correction ; Ch Rehmat Ali Gujjar named Bengal as Bangistan and not Bengalistan as this Mr know-all, the mouth peice of ISI/GHQ claims. Ch Rehmat the the so called visionary who coined the word Pakistan staunchly opposed Jinnah sb and his Pakistan, he briefly visited Pakistan after independence but choose to live and die and be buried at Cambridge. |

If u r then u should think how much u and ur parents have contributed to this country and then open ur stinking mouth. Ch. Rehmat was the original visionary of Pakistan and he did name bangla as bengalistan ;;so a correction for u ...Mr. Know it all. He is essentially one of the founding fathers of Pakistan and people like u have no right to question his credibilty. bezerk05 added 6 Minutes and 16 Seconds later... Quote:
I think ppl like u are full of crap and dont want to accept the reality since ur content with the fantasy world that u live in. Wat exactly has he said wrong and if u cant produce any evidence then u r even more full of crap then i thought. Zaid Hamid is an analyst...he quotes facts but then u can disagree with his analysis. I suggest you read his detailed presentation on Reko Dik which he did 6 months back and compare it with the editorial in the Dawn Newspaper last friday on Reko Dik. | Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan This guy has so conveniently sidelined the atrocities committed by our military headed by general niazi(who was publicly called a debauch by kiyani in meray mutabiq). The pakistani army apparently committed mass murders to quell the uprising and raped and mutilated tens of thousands of women. This is another side of the story, which though painful to listen to, has some, if not whole, truth to it. Also he says in the program that the military fought valiantly but the truth is that they surrendered within a week after the indian army entered bangladesh and that too without putting up any fight. 90,000 troops had surrendered that day and it is still the biggest surrender in numbers by any army, anywhere in the world. Anyway I am a pakistani and love my country as much as anyone else. But i am sick of this so called form of patriotism where all we do is accuse everyone else for all the problems that we are currently and have historically faced. There is no denying that our enemies have played their role but we have played ourselves into their hand throughout our history. This is high time for some self introspection. Imagine our so called friend china isnt even willing to help us anymore and dig us out of the hole but is willing to provide poor african countries with as much funds as they want. Well i dont blame them as the chinese have far more wisdom than us when it comes to worldly matters. That is the reason they are well on their way to become the next big superpower. Our arch enemy india has realised that and is making all out efforts to win china over. Its our present circumstances that make radical lunatics like zaid hamid popular. Its just a sign of our times. He says things (and i have to admit quite fluently) which seem intriguing, interesting and somehow feed to our twisted sense of patriotism, one that has been cultivated since the inception of our country. Also there is no one to QUESTION his theories or seperate his facts from fiction and the dumb girl in the program is there just to announce the breaks in between. |

| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan Half-truths dont mean they are twisting facts or they are liing. I suggest you read his detailed presentation on Reko Dik which he did 6 months back and compare it with the editorial in the Dawn Newspaper last friday on Reko Dik.
here comes another gay lover of zaid hamid.....well here goes * He says that the indian prime minister died of a heart attack because he was overjoyed at the gains achieved in the tashkent summit......That jerk doesnt even know that shastri had already had two heart attacks before and there is proof that he was unwell before he had even attended the meeting..... * His entire story about bangladesh right from its inception to its secession is a fantasy at best. he clearly disguises the step motherly treatment of east pakistan by the hands of west pakistan, a fact which today is acknowledged by most of the politicians as well as the military elite. * Why didnt he mention the fact that Mujeeb ur rehman had won an outright majority in the assembly elections and that he was denied the premiership of pakistan? it was a conspiracy by both bhutto and ayub khan to keep their hold on power. Its dumbwits like you who look at zaid hamid with wide opened eyes like teenage girls and want to believe whatever he says cos it feeds ur depraved sense of patriotism....People like zaid hamid are the real enemies of pakistan and once more it feels like 1971 all over again in this country....ALL I CAN SAY IS GROW UP!!!! |

| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan "This guy has so conveniently sidelined the atrocities committed by our military headed by general niazi(who was publicly called a debauch by kiyani in meray mutabiq)." Completely agreed. But the kiyani u r talking abt is criticized too for keeping quite during the time of Mush and nobody believes him when he told the story abt his relationship with Mush.So in everybodies view he is not a credible source. "The pakistani army apparently committed mass murders to quell the uprising and raped and mutilated tens of thousands of women. This is another side of the story, which though painful to listen to, has some, if not whole, truth to it." May be ... but I know for a fact that they usually targetted people of links with Mukti Bahani and also when they were underattack by the guerrillas. My uncle was there when this war took place and he told me that in his locality the Mukti Bahini destroyed houses of anyone supporting Pakistan and chopped them alive in the streets. They later collected their eyeballs in buckets. Women were gangraped in the streets and even children were burnt alive. This circus was carried out by Mukti Bahini through out Bangladesh and everyday a family was butchered by them openly in the streets as a part of daily show. This has also been confirmed by some bengalis that I have personally met. " Also he says in the program that the military fought valiantly but the truth is that they surrendered within a week after the indian army entered bangladesh and that too without putting up any fight. 90,000 troops had surrendered that day and it is still the biggest surrender in numbers by any army, anywhere in the world." Agreed but u have to understand the military situation at that point.Pakistans military aid by USA had been stopped. On the western front India had deployed Russain made missile boats in the sea. Our navy was superior to India up till 1968. But they had never seen missiles in their life. When the Pak navy engaged India , they lost two frigates immediately and were completely taken by surprise. Our navy was literally hiding behind the islands in the Arabian sea to escape attacks from russain missile boats. Airforce got scared of this and thought that India might have advanced surface to air missiles as well from Russia and thats why they didnt even bother to fly.In these circumstances it was a piece of cake for the Indians to block the entire bay of bengal and prevent any reinforcements to reach East Pakistani Army. With our own locally produced war machine we cant fight the taliban today how can u expect us to have fought the Indians with out any supplies. The no. of Razakars and Albadr (who were bihari and bengali both) along with Pak Army outnumbered the Mukti Bahini but they had nothing to fight with. Just imagine if Pak Army and tribal lashkars had only hand guns to fight the taliban today then the Taliban would have been ruling us by now. But I agree that they should have fought till the end. I think the military high command was under the impression that if they suffered more losses then they would have lost the entire country to India. This report was released by ISPR in 2000. " Imagine our so called friend china isnt even willing to help us anymore and dig us out of the hole but is willing to provide poor african countries with as much funds as they want." Chinese always had the policy of not giving aid to any country. The African countries that you are talking about are Nigeria and Sudan , and both of them give oil to china. The host girl is hot but dumb...deliberately i guess. I used to think of Zaid Hamid like u did and I have been following him for 8 months now. But after his every lecture I found he told no lies.. definitely Halg-truths. But the guy definitely does his homework and ofcourse anybody can disagree with his analysis. Even I dont agree with some of his analysis. |

| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan I was hoping for a sensible answer but alas too much exceptations from a nut.
* He says that the indian prime minister died of a heart attack because he was overjoyed at the gains achieved in the tashkent summit......That jerk doesnt even know that shastri had already had two heart attacks before and there is proof that he was unwell before he had even attended the meeting..... Shastri was a heart patient and heart attacks are precipitated by emotional outburst as well.So in reality he did not say anything wrong. He just looked at it in his own way. If u hold elections in tribal areas just a few months ago...who the hell do u think would have won it. ANP ...lol...definitely Taliban. Mujeeb was a follower of Bashani who was a mullah turned socialist. It was originally Bashani who started spilling venom against Pakistan starting right from 1949. Quaid e Azam visited Bengladesh in 1948 and he was asked by all the nationalist elements there to make bangla the national language. How come the so called negligence and atrocities of West Pakistan was already prevalent just a few months after creation ? Its a ridiculous argument. Later when Bashani softened stand against Pakistan ,it was Mujeeb who took over. He was after all convicted in the agarwal case and had presented his 6 points of "Independance" way before 1971. The Mukti Bahinis guerilla movement had started in 1967-8 way before 1971. It is idiots like u who are too arrogant to actually look into literature themselves and accuse others of falsehood. U are a brainless fool who thinks that by accepting Mujeebs 6 points Pakistan would have stood united. Jokers like u dont even bother to read the 6 points. Here is a food for ur pea-sized thoughts...if Mujeeb was so much cherished by the bengalis then why was he and his whole family murdered by the same people who sided with him during the independance and why wasnt there a strong response from bengalis at the murder of the father of the nation ? I have grown up...but the question is when will u...and oh yes u have really demonstrated ur patriotism by your hatred towards Pak Army. I think u r gay and u r actually attracted to Mujeeb. |

| Re: BrassTack - Rise of Hindu Zionism & Threats to Pakistan Friends!! Calm down, please. I have been seeing your conversations against each other. This forum is to discuss constructively. If we start fighting, blaming and insulting each other, then there will be no difference between us and the ones whom we always blame for everything happening in Pakistan. I request you all to please respect each others' views and have some courage to listen to each other. There is a fine line between constructive criticism and pointing fingers on each other. So, be friends at firendskorner and try to think positively. We don't know what others have in their hearts, only Allah knows. The moment we start insulting each other, the purpose of having this excellent forum of discussion dies. Regards, Sohail |
