accessing the yahoo mail account

hi all!
i have some problem one of my my friend can access my yahoo account without knowing my password. she can chk all my sating. how is this possible? i have changed my password and all my sating but still she can view my account? what should i do now? 2ndly i have to knw how can she do this? any one have any idea???

It is not possible. Unless she knows your secret question and its answer and did she used your computer meanwhile you changed passwords?

yes she knows my secret question but she didnt use my computer. but i have now changed my secret question but still she is accessing.

My recommendations and Questions:
1) How can you think she is accessing your account?
2) Set strong password with upper and lower case and at least 9 letter length (add some symbol) as well in it.
3) Change secret question and change profile details as well.
4) Clean whole data of your browser like History, Saved passwords, Offline Data, Saved forms, Cache, Cookies, Autofill etc.
5) Clean your PC from Spyware, BOTS and anti-malware..Use Avast or Spy-bot, Malwarebytes Anti Malware etc.
6) Use secure browser like Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and latest Internet Explorer.
7) Did you used your PC after you changed your password?

no idea.. may b she is using my secret question as u said or may b she is using my alternate email id (i had mention her id in alternate ID field while creating my account) but now i have change that Id but still no vain..

yes but she didnt use my PC..
and i have done all u said..
actually i have no problem with that she is using my account but i just want to knw how is she doing this.. she is not telling me..
and she knows every thing abt my account she can chk my mails and my settings everything..

May be she is running a Trojan on your machine and can spy on what you are up to.

.. actually ACcessing TEXT Coding Fields were hacked as entire .exe aplication..
just i only give u the best method of solving the probm..


!: Scan u r computer for Viruses..
and de-activate u r un-associated exe's... which evry been run automatically..

and.. also delete unused registries.. ..

1. There could be keylogger installed on ur pc or a trojan.
2. You need to clean ur pc if the above mentioned things are installed.
3. Then change ur yahoo account information, including secondary email and secret questions.

Well, +1 for each of the above replies.

But, honestly, it wont be easy for you to know/understand & take the appropriate steps against all the hacking stuff.
Even, if you scan your PC with several AV's then there is also chances of FUD trojan/.exe's in your system (Which would not be detected by your AV)
The same case would be for a FUD keylogger in your system. Finding un-usual running .exe is not so easy task because we can also name trojan/keyloggers/stealers .exe same as the system running .exe's and even force these to reside in the genuine .exe files.

So, a simple solution would be to go for fresh copy of windows. (Re-install your OS)

the only best solution in my opinion too, its not that easy for everyone to detect and kill unusual tasks running

She can't access your yahoo account unless she knows your password. I think she has installed spyware to know your password.
