Kababs k liye
Qeema ........................aadha kilo
pyaaz..............................1 adad darmiyanay size ki choti choti kati hui
lehsan ka paste......................aadhi chaye ka chamach
Adrak ka paste.......................1 chaye ka chamach
hari mirchein ............................4 adad kuti(peesi) hui
namak................................hasb-e-zarurat
surkh mirch powder.................................. aik chaye k chamach ka chuthayi hisa "or"hasb-e-Zarurat
garam masala................................adha chaye ka chamach

Aik Dauri(jis mein dhaniya kuta jata hai) mein qeema daal ker pehle kutein phir pyaaz dal ker kutein k tumam kata hua pyaz us mein shamil ho jaye phir lehsan adrak ka paste dalein aur phir kutein phir tumam masala jaat aur kuti(peesi) hui har mirchein daal ker kutein phir hatheli per oil or ghee laga ker in ko seekh kabab ki trah kabab bana lein yaad rahe kabab baray na hon ungli k brabar kabab hon aur yeh bhi yaad rakhiye k seekhon per nahi lagana hath ki madad se kabaab ki shakal deni hai phir 10 min kababs ko fridge mein rakh dein
ab in kabaabs ko oil mein tal lein oil mein talna hai ghee mein nahi bc is s ekabaabs per thanda honay k baad ghee ki teh jam jaye gi jab kabab golden brown jis trah seekh kaba ka colour hota hai fri kar k aik palet mein nikal lein

pyaaz ko oil or ghee mein fri karein phir lehsan adrak ka paste dal ker fry karein jab pyaz lehsan golden brwon ho to to tamatar dalein aur pani ka thora s echeenta mar ker bhunein phir tumam masala jaat dal ke rbhunein aur thora (adha glass) pani daal ekr dhakan rakh dien jab pani sukh jaye to masalay ko bhunay jab pani mukamal taur per khushk ho jaye aur masala ghee chor de to kabaab daal dein aur mix karein phir thora se hath s epani ka cheenta marein aur dam per rakhein ab dhaniya aur katay hue adrak aur leemoo se sajawat kar k paish karein yaqeenan tareefein hon gi
Yeh dish 3 se 4 afraad k liye hai
Its my own Recipe aur jab ham en 1st time bnayi thi to kafi tareefein hui thin
