    Ingredients
    6 carrots, grated finely
    3 cups of milk
    1 cup of sugar
    1/2 cup of mawa(powdered milk)
    3 tsp khoya (ricotta cheese)
    1/8 cup chopped almonds
    5 cardamoms, skinned and crushed fine
    2-3 pistachios, powdered
    1/4 cup ghee(clarified butter)
    1 tsp raisins(Optional)

    Method
    Cook the carrots in the milk in an open pan(low flame), with constant stirring.You can also put the carrots and the milk in a microwaveabledish and cook it in the microwave on high heat for about20 minutes.When the carrots are done, take them out and drain any excess milk.Add the milk powder(mava), the ricotta cheese and the sugarto the carrots.Heat the ghee in a frying pan, add the carrot paste and keep on high flame until the carrot paste loses the milky texture and becomes golden brown and the sugar istatally dissolved.Add the raisins, cardamoms, powdered pistas and the almonds.Heat through and serve either hot or cold with cream on the side.

    Preparation : 20 minutes Cooking: 60-90 minutes

    here is your recipe.

    Spicy Chicken Pizza

    3 cups (about 1 pound) skinned, boned and cubed chicken
    1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon peanut oil
    3 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 teaspoons chopped jalapeno pepper
    Pinch chopped cilantro
    Salt
    Pizza dough, recipe follows
    3 cups grated mozzarella
    2 cups grated fontina
    1 pound (about 6) plum tomatoes, ends removed and cut into thin slices
    1/2 cup eggplant, cubed and sauteed or grilled
    1/2 cup onion, sliced, grilled and chopped
    Chopped chives, for garnish
    4 teaspoons Parmesan, grated

    Arrange the cubed chicken in a medium bowl and toss with 1/2 cup olive oil, lime juice, jalapeno and cilantro. Season lightly with salt. Let marinate for about 1 hour, refrigerated.
    In a skillet large enough to hold all of the chicken in 1 layer, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Saute the chicken just to brown on all sides.
    Preheat the oven to 525 degrees F. Brush the rolled out pizza dough lightly with oil and top the pizza dough with the mozzarella, fontina, plum tomatoes, eggplant, onion, chives, Parmesan, and chicken. Place on the pizza stone and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until done.

    Pizza Dough:
    1 package active dry or fresh yeast
    1 teaspoon honey
    1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus additional, for brushing

    In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in 1/4-cup warm water.
    In a mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the flour and the salt. Add the oil, yeast mixture, and the remaining 3/4 cup of water and mix on low speed until the dough comes cleanly away from the sides of the bowl and clusters around the dough hook, about 5 minutes. (The pizza dough can also be made in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Pulse once or twice, add the remaining ingredients, and process until the dough begins to form a ball).
    Turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and knead by hand 2 or 3 minutes longer. The dough should be smooth and firm. Cover the dough with a clean, damp towel and let it rise in a warm spot for about 30 minutes. (When ready, the dough will stretch as it is lightly pulled).
    Divide the dough into 4 balls, about 6 ounces each. Work each ball by pulling down the sides and tucking under the bottom of the ball. Repeat 4 or 5 times. Then on a smooth, unfloured surface, roll the ball under the palm of your hand until the top of the dough is smooth and firm, about 1 minute. Cover the dough with a damp towel and let rest 15 to 20 minutes. At this point, the balls can be wrapped in plastic and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
    To prepare each pizza, dip the ball of dough into flour, shake off the excess flour, place the dough on a clean, lightly floured surface, and start to stretch the dough. Press down on the center, spreading the dough into an 8-inch circle, with the outer border a little thicker than the inner circle. If you find this difficult to do, use a small rolling pin to roll out the dough.
    Yield: 8 servings

    Here is a nice and simple recipe. try this one and see if you like it.

    Chocolate Cake

    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 3/4 cups brown sugar
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup boiling water
    Confectioners' sugar

    Method:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and slowly whisk in wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9 by 12-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
    Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve

    Badaam Ka Halwa

    Ingredients

    500 g (1.1 lb) Almonds (badaam), blanched, chopped
    1 cup (200 g) 7 oz Ghee
    1 cup (200 ml) 7 fl oz Milk
    3 cups (450 g) 1 lb Sugar
    1 tsp (2 g) Green cardamom (choti elaichi) powder
    a few strands Saffron (kesar)
    Silver leaf (varq), optional

    Method

    1. In a food processor, grind the almonds with a little milk to make a fine paste.

    2. Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the almond paste and cook on medium heat until light golden.

    3. Add milk and sugar, continue to cook for 10 - 15 minutes more till the moisture evaporates and the mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat. Add green cardamom powder and saffron.

    4. To serve cold, spread on a greased tray, cut into small squares and decorate with silver leaf. To serve hot, ladle individual portions on to dessert plates and decorate with silver leaf.

    Imli Ki Chuntney

    Ingredients:

    Tamarind 1 cup
    Jaggery 1/2 cup
    Sugar 2 tbsp.
    Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
    Cumin powder (roasted) 1 tsp
    Cloves 2-3
    Warm water 2 cups
    Vegetable oil 1 tsp.
    Salt to taste

    Method:

    1.Remove the seeds from tamarind and soak it in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
    2.Heat oil in a pan and add cloves. Fry for about 30 secs.
    3.After half an hour, take out the pulp from the tamarind and add jaggery, sugar, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, cloves and salt.
    4.Cook the tamarind mixture for 5 minutes on medium. Remove from the gas and let it cool.
    5.On cooling, blend the contents in a blender..
    6.Strain and cook until it becomes thick.

    here you go darling
    this is the most easiest recipe for brownies and you will find all these ingredients at home any time.

    Simple Brownies Recipe

    What you Need :

    6 tablespoons cocoa
    1/4 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup flour
    1 cup toasted pecans (optional)
    2 eggs

    Cooking Method:

    Preheat oven to 325°F degrees.
    Melt butter and mix it with 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Then add 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix to combine.
    Butter the baking pan lightly and sprinkle flour or cocoa over the pan until covered. This will help the mixture not to stick to the dish.
    Spread brownie batter evenly in pan and put in oven to bake for 35-40 minutes. When a tooth pick is inserted and it comes out clean the brownies are ready. Allow to cool until warm before cutting.
