Chicken breast 2
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Ginger garlic taste 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese 50gms
Coriander 1/2 bunch
Mint 1/4 bunch
Flour 1 cup
Bread crumbs 200gms
Oil 1/2 litre
Make a pocket with the help of knife into the chicken breast piece.
Put in a bowl ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard paste, oregano, salt, black pepper. Marinate the chicken into this paste for 10mins.
Take another bowl for the stuffing paste, grated cheddar cheese, green coriander leaves choped mix them.
Take egg, beat it in a small bowl, add white flour, make batter of it. Put remaining white flour in and mix them with toasted bread crumbs.
Now take the marinated chicken, fill it with the cheese and green herb paste in to the chicken breast pocket.
Dip into the batter, coat into the toasted breadc crumbs, deep fry them.
