aao k daly ik nazar
us haseen maazi par
k jis me dost thy sabhi.
kuch khab thy ayenda k.
la ilm thy k dunya me
koi waqt b rukhta nahi,
sab dur chaly jaty hy
sookhe pato ki manind
sabhi bikhar jaty hy magr
kuch chehry bhoolty nhi,
dil me utar jaty hy.



ao k sochy un lamho ko
jab khul k hasty thy sabhi
na ranj o gham thy ashiqi k
na dil me thi koi kidurat.
rishto se thi sb ko muhabbat
ma bap ki thi bari hi izzat
sab dost b apni jaga thy
kuch khushnuma si zindagi thi
Aayir thi or Guzar gayee..

ab dunya k msly hy itny
k bhool gaye sapny hi apny
parna or naukary karna
maqsad hi bn gya hy ab to
khushyo ko peechy chor kr
rishto se bhi mun mor kar
ik aise dor me rehne lage hy
jo andhar se hi khokla hy
bs nafsi nafsi ka alam hy
har ek ko lakho gham hy
ye dunya to aisi nahi thi
