Excellent debate on budget and economic situation. However, these stupid politicians should come out of the bias approach. Dar is proudly saying Punjab govt send atta for IDPs. If Punjab is doing this it is just the call of national duty.

Budget should have something special in terms of incentives for IDPs returning to Swat. Major programme to build new schools, roads, dispenseries in Malakand region and a comprehensive development programme for Balochistan.
We have to address sufferings of these people now.
