after spending hours in front of ur pc ur eyes sometimes got irritated
here are some tips for you guys to alleviate the irritation
1. relax , take a 10 minute break and roll ur eyes over and over
2. eye coolers eye drops to be exact
3. un stress ur self ( stress can lead to many illness )

- Avoid. Skip breath foulers such as onions, garlic, ice- cream, and coffee.
For a Dinner Party
The best way to make lipstick stay put through a meal is to layer your lip products. Lip primers are a good place to start since they prevent feathering and fading. Clinique's All about Lips is a lip primer that comes in a handy pump dispenser and moisturizes in addition to keeping lip color in place. Next, follow these steps:
- Use a lipliner to fill in your lips. Try Prescriptives Lip Coloring Pencil in Wine or your favorite shade. Lipliner will act as a base color and primer for your lipstick. It will last long after your lipstick.
- Apply a matte or long-wearing lipstick such as 3C's Cool Rose, Cover Girl's Hydrating Lip Color in Sugar Plum pink or LORAC's red Catherine.
- After your meal, touch up with a lipgloss to enliven your lips. Try Revlon's Color LipShine in Torch or LORAC's Lip Gloss in Luscious.
Mix fresh lime juice with grounded drumstick pods and leaves and apply on the blackheads.
Make a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves and apply on the face for 10-15 minutes every night and wash the face with warm water. This will prevent blackheads and is good home remedy for blackheads.

Start by giving yourself 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at bedtime.
Tips 1:
Take 1 tbsp of un-boiled milk, dip a small pad of cotton wool in this and rub on the face gently. Use circular movements, use upward strokes on the neck area. Leave this on for 15 minutes. Wash with cold water.
Tips 2:
Take a thick slice of cucumber. Don't peel the slice, rub in a circular motion all over the face and neck areas. Wash after 15 minutes.

Halve a tomato, gently rub over face and neck and wash after 15 minutes.

Take the half of a lime peel, from which thehas been extracted, rub this firmly on the face and the neck. Using a Scrub-(once in 3-4 days).
After washing off the milk or juice - take a tsp of oat bran or wheat husk or gram flour (besan). Make a paste with a few drops of water and rub the face and neck gently with this. This sloughs away the dead cells and gives the face a glow. Don't use soap, just splash on cold water that will act as an astringent and close the pores.

Use green gram powder or rice flour mixed with curds instead.
Oily Skin: If the face is oily,
After a bath as a base for make-up use some diluted limejuice to dab on before iof foundation or any other make-up.

Diluted buttermilk dabbed on the face and left for 15 minutes, gently wipe with moist cotton wool before applying make-up.

Prunes are a natural laxative as they contain a lot of fiber. Eat 4 to 6 at night. A glass of hot tap water with a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon/lime juice might do the trick Eat a banana at night. Increase your dietary fiber content by eating fiber rich foods - fresh fruits and vegetables.
How to Cure Hair Loss with Natural Treatments
1. Massage the scalp with uncooked egg yolk, leave for 1 hour and wash.
2. Smear Red Henna on the scalp and wait for 1 hour, then wash, Repeat for 10-14 days. Beware- your hair will turn red from the henna!
3. Smear castor oil on the scalp and the hair roots but not on the hair, wrap the hair with a newspaper, tie with a cloth and leave overnight, wash in the morning. Repeat every 7-10 days (results will come after 6-7 treatments).

- Mix 1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon bark with one cup of hot water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Cinnamon, a natural astringent, dries up your bowel.
- Banana is good therapy for constipation as well as the runs. Boil a raw banana, mash, add a pinch of salt and butter, eat.
- Blend 1 teaspoon cumin-seeds, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp dil (suwa) seeds, 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds. Roast on a low flame. Add a pinch of hing / asafoetida and salt and stir for a minute. Make a course powder when cool and store in an air tight jar. Mix 1/2 tsp of powder with 1 tsp of curd. Eat twice a day for quick relief.
This mixture is also good for chronic flatulence and dyspepsia. The fenugreek (methi) alone stimulates the digestive process as well as the metabolism in general. The other spices have properties that have still not been scientifically evaluated.
