How can I get rid of dark circles under my eyes?

I have NO experience with makeup at all, but I wanted to start wearing it, mainly because of circles under my eyes. I have fair skin and the circles aren't TOO extremely dark but they just look kind of baggy and I don't know how to cover them because I don't really know anything about makeup.

So do you have any suggestions on how I can easily cover my dark circles with makeup?

use an eye concealer before eye make up,u can purchase it from a cosmetic store

Use an eye concealer or camouflage cream! Most of the times you have to fix it with a powder. Usually I use the normal powder I use for my whole face. Hope it helped you!

MildredG is right, I always use camouflage cream because the circles under my eyes are very very dark
