[Tutorial] How to give reputation to User

(I will cover this tutorial on two FK popular themes.)
Giving reputation is also called "rep up", it is very simple, but some users may get confuse since I get PM on this case thats why I thought of making an Tutorial on this, maybe I can justify it.
Once you learnt the way, you can do it any VBulletin 4 based forum (VBulletin is prototype, means ready made forum up to some extent).
This is how you can do it:

• Select thread on which basis you want to give reputation to the person, you can also give reputation on post (means on comment).Like this nice thread:

• Once thread opened then check bottom left side of thread (original thread creator post- where Thanks given users name will present). Look at the below picture, I indicated Rep up button. It looks like Star.

• The click it, one dialog strip will open to give positive reputation select "I approve" otherwise for negative reputation select "I disapprove". Strip looks like this, you can also give appreciation comments, which will be good.
  
  
  
  
• This is the whole process, it will increase reputation bars under your thread creator (current thread shown profile) profile like this:
