i think u missed that episode...khurram's family lied to the girls parents that khurram is gonna die soon and he gave tallaq to her becuz of his illness...but yes they skipped the baby part i think when they said rehan gave samina some kind of tablets her tabiyat is getting worse..i think they aborted the baby....
