Ik aarzoo-e dil ke jo nakaam bohat hai

Ik aarzoo-e dil ke jo nakaam bohat hai

Doobee huuwee yaadoN meN miree shaam bohat hai
Ab tere tasawwoor se hi aaraam bohat hai

Ai dost tire pyaar ke nashshe se hai dil choor
Hai aisee sharab ishq ke ik jaam bohat hai

Gham aisa diya mujhko jo Khushiyon pe hai bhaari
Tera bhi karam gardish-e-ayyaam bohat hai

Bhoole se tere naam ko ruswa nah karooNgee
ruswaaiyaaN sehne ko mira naam bohat hai

Ek aur shikast isko jo dena hai tou de do
Dil waise bhii ranjeedaa.o.nakaam bohat hai

Kahte haiN wafa kisko kisee ne bhi na jana
Kahne ko mohabbat ka chalan aam bohat hai

Le de ke yehee tou hai miree zeest ka Haasil
Ik aarzoo-e dil ke jo nakaam bohat hai
