Now it is possible to download & record different streaming videos with help of Real Player 11.( Latest Version)
Here are few screen shots..
Run Real Player
Go to tools >> Preferences
& Activate these settings as Highlighted in screen Shot





After clicking on OK, Restart you browser & Play any video streaming For example Youtube or Google Videos etc.
You will see a button as Highlighted near Video screen.
Click on it to download the Video.
It will be saved in destination folder selected by you.



Recording:
Along Download, it is Possible to record any video streaming.
Go To File>>>Open...Enter URL Of any Video Streaming & Let it load n play.

( Video Will be recorded in .IVR formate which is playable in Real Player 11.
