    Talk about mental health?

    Hi! How do you maintain your mental health? I can't pull myself together and everything is falling out of my hands, it seems like it's stress. I don't want to get depressed and it's very important for me to find a good solution to deal with stress.

    Before the legalization of the weed, people experienced serious mental health problems and suffered greatly. Now it has become easy to manage mental health.     I prefer a little weed and it gives me complete peace of mind for my nervous system.

    Hi,
    keep busy your self in some activity's like playing,reading,workout,....you should not thoughts to much and don't to make a depression it heavy in your mind....

    1.You should exercise daily.
    2.You should relax your muscles.
    3.Take deep breathing.
    4.Eat good food.
    5.Keep a positive attitude.
    6.Make time for hobbies,interests and relaxation.
    7.Get enough rest and sleep.
    8.Don't rely on alccohol,drugs etc.
    9.Spend enough time with those you enjoy.
    10.Learn to manage your time more effectively.
