how to look for work in a crisis?

I wouldn't recommend just sitting out for covid-19. I would advise now, while there is free time, to evaluate their competence in the market.
Yes, it's hard. especially if you've been working in a position for 5-6 years. And it seemed to you that everything is fine and you are a good specialist at the current place of work. But the fact that you are successful in one company, does not say that you will be successful in another. Different requirements will be affected
Now it is important to understand what the market needs in the current situation. And try to predict their development: to strengthen the competences that will be in demand.

    You can't stop

I can tell my opinion from the side of the business owner, who is often forced to look for new employees, that this is also not easy. I can look through hundreds of profiles on job search sites and schedule 4 interviews a day, but not all candidates meet my requirements or they don't have the necessary knowledge to get this job. I used to spend a lot of time on this, but now I just apply to companies that recruit specialists for other companies. I have an international business and I need good people for multilingual jobs almost always, but finding them is difficult because most people don't want to learn new languages or improve their professional skills.
