I`m not well-versed in healthy eating, but everyday I take a multivitamin, a combo pill of calcium, some nootropics https://freemodafinil.com/modvigil-reviews/ magnesium & zinc, a B-combo vitamin & a vitamin C tablet. I also take an iron pill but I have really low levels.I think they have seemed to help me in the energy dept. at the very least.I`m thinking of adding Vit. E too the list. Anyone else take things like this?
